Physical Products (United States Only)

  • Zantray currently supports shipping within the United States only.
  • All physical products sold on Zantray are shipped directly by the individual vendor.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier.
  • Real-time shipping rates are provided through third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) via Shippo.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing and handling times vary by vendor.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier at checkout and are not guaranteed.
  • Zantray does not control carrier delivery times.

Tracking Information

  • Once an order ships, customers will receive tracking information from the vendor or shipping carrier.
  • Tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

Service-Based Listings

  • Service providers (such as salons, consultants, or other local services) do not require shipping.
  • No shipping fees apply to service-based listings.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable shipping regulations.

  • Zantray may assist with communication but is not responsible for carrier delays or shipping errors.
