Physical Products (United States Only)
- Zantray currently supports shipping within the United States only.
- All physical products sold on Zantray are shipped directly by the individual vendor.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier.
- Real-time shipping rates are provided through third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) via Shippo.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing and handling times vary by vendor.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier at checkout and are not guaranteed.
- Zantray does not control carrier delivery times.
Tracking Information
- Once an order ships, customers will receive tracking information from the vendor or shipping carrier.
- Tracking updates are managed by the carrier.
Service-Based Listings
- Service providers (such as salons, consultants, or other local services) do not require shipping.
- No shipping fees apply to service-based listings.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable shipping regulations.
